Delivery & Shipping Policy

Local Delivery Area

 

We currently offer our Seasonal Decor Decorating Delivery Service to Atlanta area customers located within the following geographic areas:

  • 5 mile radius of postal zip code 30341, Atlanta, GA

  • 10 mile radius of postal zip code 30341, Atlanta, GA

If you are outside of our defined service area, please contact us at info@porchbloomatl.com or (404) 236-9861 before placing an order. We may be able to arrange a special delivery for an additional fee.

 

Delivery Scheduling and Timing

 

Due to the seasonal nature of our service, all deliveries are scheduled based on the availability chosen at checkout.

  • Delivery Window: Your delivery will be scheduled to arrive based on the package you select when placing your order (e.g., Tuesday, October 13th, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM).

  • Scheduling Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order, and a text or email notification when our delivery team is on the way to your location.

  • Recipient Presence: While we appreciate you being home to receive your order, it is not required. All arrangements will be placed directly on your designated front porch or delivery location as specified in the order notes.

 

Delivery Fees

 

Delivery fees are based on your distance from our staging location.

  • Free Delivery: Available within close proximity of our staging warehouse. See specific products for their delivery details. 

  • Standard Delivery: Varying delivery rates apply to orders within our standard service area based on products purchased.

  • Minimum Order: There is a minimum order total required for delivery.

 

Inclement Weather Policy

 

We prioritize the safety of our delivery team and the integrity of your decorations.

  • In the event of severe weather (e.g. snow, rain, high winds), we reserve the right to postpone your delivery for safety reasons.

  • If a postponement is necessary, we will contact you immediately via phone, email, or text to reschedule your delivery at the earliest available time. 

 

Returns, Damages, and Cancellations

 

 

Order Changes and Cancellations

 

  • Changes: To ensure we can fulfill your order correctly, all changes to your items or delivery date/time must be requested and approved at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery.

  • Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled for a 50% refund if the request is made at least 96 hours (4 days) before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations requested less than 96 hours before delivery are eligible for a 25% refund upon written approval of the Porch & Bloom management team. 

** Note that seasonal decor is often perishable, and difficult to source from various farms with seasonal growing challenges. Our inventory requires a lot of planning and pre-ordering to match demand, so changes and cancellations create burdens that a represented in our refund policies. 

 

Damage or Loss

 

We take great care in selecting and handling all decorative items. Due to the perishable nature of seasonal decor, such as pumpkins and natural materials, please inspect your delivery immediately.

  • Damage/Defect Policy: If a product is visibly damaged upon delivery, or if any other decorative item is broken, please notify us within 4 hours of your delivery time by emailing us a picture of the damaged item at info@porchbloomatl.com

  • Resolution: Upon verification of the damage, we will happily offer one of the following at our discretion:

    1. A replacement of the damaged item on our next available delivery route.

    2. A refund for the specific damaged item.

** Note that seasonal decor is often perishable, and comes with natural variations in shapes, sizes, and colors. Additionally, transit of perishable items from our famers, to our warehouse, to your home will result in occasional blemishes that are considered normal and will not qualify for a damage or loss resolution. 

Missing Items & Substitutions

 

If your delivery is missing any items listed on your order confirmation, please contact us immediately. We will arrange to deliver the missing item(s) as quickly as possible at no extra charge.

** Note that seasonal packages may vary slightly from our product pictures, and the list of items included in the product description. This is not considered a missing item. For example, a package may list that it includes "two mums", however we may need to substitute a different type of plant due to available supply.
